I love working with people who are committed to losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Whether your weight loss goal is those last 5-10 pounds that you can't seem to shake, or you have quite a few pounds to lose and nothing else you have tried before has seemed to work. 

It's a fact, sheer will power is difficult to sustain for a long time (the rest of your life), therefore, often resulting in weight loss failure. But with hypnosis, it's no longer a matter of just your will power because we will train your subconscious mind to automatically and naturally choose and crave healthier foods.

Hypnosis can help you disconnect your cravings and desires for junk food and fattening foods, such as chocolate, salty fried food and high carbohydrate  nutritionally empty foods. With hypnosis, your motivation to stick to your exercise program and weight loss goals is easier because you see results. Your subconscious mind is supporting your success. 

As a Certified Hypnosis and Weight Lost Specialist and a Certified Virtual Gastric Band Practitioner, I offer three different types of weight loss options.

These programs are magical cures. You will have to put in time and effort. These programs ARE NOT DIETS. I will teach you to sustain and maintain a healthier lifestyle. 

 

Each session ends with hypnosis.  The hypnosis part of the session will support and strengthen your resolve to lose weight and keep it off. 

Feel Fuller Eat Smaller Portions of Food

 

The Virtual Gastric Band Hypnotherapy program is for individuals who have a BMI of 30 or more. It is is a weight loss program that combines the proven therapy technique of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with Clinical Hypnosis principles to help convince your mind that you have a gastric band fitted. This can help you to feel fuller quicker and be more satisfied with smaller portions of food enabling you to consume less calories during any given day.

 

How Does Gastric Band Hypnotherapy Work?

The Gastric Band Hypnotherapy techniques work by helping you to eat smaller portions of food and feel fuller for longer. Over the course of a number of sessions you will learn new eating habits using a combination of Clinical Hypnosis and CBT and your mind will also be “re-programmed” to believe that your stomach is much smaller and therefore you will feel fuller quicker.

 

Unlike ordinary dieting approaches, gastric band hypnotherapy helps you to make “internal” changes to your relationship with food and by changing this relationship you can “take control” and stop Yo-Yo dieting.

Am I Suitable for Gastric Band Hypnotherapy?

If you have lost control of your eating, and want to lose weight then the techniques used in the Gastric Band Hypnotherapy system can almost certainly help in a controlled and consistent way, however, the gastric band hypnotherapy system can NOT make you change without you really wanting to change and it is critically important that you REALLY want to become slimmer.

It usually takes 4-6 sessions.  In the last session, you will be trained on self hypnosis techniques that you will be able to use daily.

You will receive a CD that you take home and use at your convenience.

This is a basic weight loss program if you have a weight loss goal of 35 pounds or less. Although I will tailor each session to your indivudual needs, targeting those areas that are most critical to your success, here is an example of what may be addressed during each session.

Session # 2: Changing Eating Patterns/Moving Body More

Session # 3: Anchor for Relaxation/ Emotional Eating

Session # 4: Inner Child/ Self Love

Session # 5: Releasing the Old/Gaining Inner Strentgh, Belief and Confidence

Session # 6: Special Place/Empowerment, Connecting and Comfort

Session # 7: Inner Guide/Higher Self, Wisdom, Love and Intuition (optional)

Session # 8: Hypnosis for Better Sleep (optional)

 

This is a not a program but a stand alone support hypnosis session to help you manage your weight. It's a great compliment if you are doing Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, and other diets that you are following. I will tailor to meet your needs but the focus is for you to maintain control over your eating. Will-power is often not enough so the hypnosis sessions are designed to help you maintain and continue to loose those pounds you have lost.
