   Hypnosis (without psychotherapy)........................$160.00

   

     

   INSURANCE ACCEPTED: Please call your insurance provider PRIOR

    to your session. If you do not call then the full session fee would be charged.

    A refund will be made once amount is provided by the insurance company.

 

   A copy of your insurance card and a photo U.D. will be needed at your first

    session.
